Taurus is represented by the Bull. Taurus was the first sign of the zodiac established among the ancient Mesopotamians, who called it as "The Great Bull of Heaven". The English word zodiac derives from zōdiacus, the Latinized form of the Ancient Greek zōidiakòs kýklos, meaning "cycle or circle of little animals".
